Phillips whom is the owner of Pacific Law Center (PacificLawCenter.com) in California and is the Owner Of Phillips & Associates Law Office (PhillipsLaw.com) in Arizona has been claiming for years to be a California Attorney by Opening Up A Law Firm In San Diego and Then Misrepresenting Himself To The Public as a California Attorney - But He Is Not A California Attorney.

Mr. Jeffrey L. Phillips and his Accomplices have been a fraud in California at mininmum from January 14, 2003 and they Still Are.

Mr. Jeffrey L. Phillips hired a Law Firm Based in San Diego "Solomon Ward & Seidenwurm & Smith" To Shut Me UP. Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith are attorneys that have direct links To AIPAC which has Washington Officials In It's Back Pockets which means they have Judges in their back pockets.
